Notes

Pumpkin Mix:

  • Pumpkin: 4-5 lbs (a medium sized pumpkin)
  • Sugar:
    1 cup packed brown sugar
    1/4 cup granulated white sugar
  • Vanilla: 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Spice Mix (you will use 1 tbs of this):
    2 tsp ground Cinnamon
    1 tsp ground ginger
    0.5 tsp ground cloves
    0.5 tsp nutmeg
    1 tsp all spice

    Core and de-seed pumpkin. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour. Blend in food processor. Mix with sugars, vanilla, and 1 tbsp spices
