Notes

Shooting for about 6 gallons in boil. I haven't gotten my water mash/boil quantities dialed in...still kind of guessing.

Soak zest of 3 Grapefruits in vodka, in the freezer until secondary (all goes in).

Hibiscus flowers go in 1/2 gallon boiling water and steep 10 to 15 minutes. Strain and chill in sanitized container until ready to use.

Guessing on priming...will check temperature and volume, and adjust when ready. (And go on the low side, as per my usual issue with over-carbing.)
