Mosto foi dividido em 2 fermentadores com aproximadamente 4,5 L em cada, um com levedura Fermentis S-33 e o outro com a levedura Fermentis Abbaye (E-253). Usado 6g de levedura em cada fermentador, mantidos entre 15 e 19 ºC.

Este valor é da parte feita com o S-33, a parte com o Abbaye teve uma FG= 1,005.

Foi engarrafado aproximadamente 4 L da parte feita com o S-33 e 3,5 L da parte feita como o Abbaye. Durante a maturação houve um vazamento no fermentador com o feito como o Abbaye. Além disso, foi retirada uma amostra de cada para medir a FG (perda de 200 mL).
Foi utilizado primming na concentração de 8g/L.

A parte com o S-33 carbonatou mais rápido, no dia 24/03 a garrafa de controle indicava 2,0 bar dois dias depois ainda indicava 2,0 bar. A com o Abbaye atingiu 2,0 bar em 02/04.
