Boil water added to kettle (equipment estimates 6.68 g | 26.7 qt) 2.53 10.1

WARNING: Kettle losses > 2% detected which throw off OG calculation for extract/partial mash recipes in batch target 'fermentor' mode. Solution: Reduce kettle losses, misc losses and hops absorption in equipment profile, OR set batch target to 'kettle' and do a full wort boil. See batch target FAQ.

Notes

Williams brewing in California sell LME that is made with the steeping grains blended into it. The LME I purchased from them was called American Red. There was no need to add steeping grains when brewing.
