8.23 oz of Pilsen DME to 1.5 liters water. Boiled, cooled, added ~4 oz of sour beer sample, and placed in crock pot at 46.2C. |

Pitched ~500 mL of 1 liter starter (1.036) and about half a Belle Saison sachet (non-rehydrated). Shake aerated 5 minutes. Pitched at and set chamber to 19C. |
