Notes

Racked to secondary after a week and let sit for 4 weeks. Changed out ice bottles each day in tub. Not sure how stable the temps were, just tried to keep it cold. It is delicious, lightly yeasty, drinkable ale but not as bright as I would like. I think people will like it though. Will make again over winter.
