Aroma Caramel and hops, Copper colour, slight chill haze, moderate stable head.
Malty flavour, sweetish, lots of hops in the finish. Nice |

Aroma, suspiciously estery, caramel and hops. Flavour nice, malty but not as clean as I want. Hops ok, but Saaz is nicer than Hersbruck. |

Last bottle. OK, but some oxidation detectable. Esters in the nose. This dry yeast is not a clean fermenter... |
