Notes

9.30 - Steeped grains at 150 degrees for 20 min.

Brought to rolling boil and added LME and US Fuggle Hops for 40 min.

Added barvarian wheat DME extracts and boiled for 5 minutes.

Added GR Tettnang hops and boiled for 10 minutes.

Cooled to 70 degrees and transferred to fermentation tank. SG: 1.042

10/06/15: Transferred to secondary. SG: 1.012

10/16/15: Bottled with 3.5 OZ priming sugar.
