Slightly çhamapagne head, Colour too pale, Nice taste, some reisdual sweetness. More Geuze than Flanders red. Acidity nice, apple-tartness, a bit astringent from the oak-chips, nice flavour. |

Lot's a stuff still in the bottles. Pedio? Seems to be fermenting still. Leuk a bit thick...

Clear, copper-red viscosity back to normal. Mousse head, disappears quickly. Aroma of leathery brett and apple. More geuze [boon] than flemish red. Fairly dry, hint of hopbitterness. Mildly acidic. |
