Notes

Change from WLP002 - Yeast Starter 1.8 cup DME, 2.2 L Water, 2 days
Rack off 500 ml for yeast harvest and pitch balance of slurry
Removed brown and used pale inventory. Changed MO to ESB
Added Nth Brewer for bittering. Changed Goldings to Azacca to give it a bit of an Aussie twist. Added Crystal to accentuate the Azacca. IBUs remain the same - 38ish
