Maybe too much special B / crystal 150. Next time bump the special b back to 1/2 to 3/4 lb and drop the crystal. It is also a touch bitter. Maybe 1.5 oz of columbus for bittering. The bottles with brewed espresso are quite good and much better balanced. |
