Used coconut sugar to see if will impart any flavour. Liking idea of 250g boiled and 250g at flameout to dissolve it and hope that some of the flavour remains in the beer. Worth a shot.
Also upped the hop usage. Worked with what I have in the freezer using up old hops.
Thought bit of Citra and Amarillo for floral notes and Cascade for earthy tones which should provide a better body for a GF beer.
Kept with Bravo for bittering as then means can still use the name. They are so high in AA that didn't need to use much.
Won't use a tablet at 15mins for floculation so reckon that this will count as a full Gluten and Wheat Free Beer as well as a Vegan Beer as well. Awesome. Hope it's ok.
West Coast Yeast always does well so thought best to use that as cleans out nicely and helps hoppy flavour/aroma come through more and need that in a beer with no malted grains!

Think the 37 is far to high a IBU. Should be down in the early 20's for a Pale Ale. Massive problem. It's basically a IPA now. Shame, but was easy to brew and can do another one with a lower ABV. Think issue could be the high AA Bravo hops. Use something lower in the 60min and 30min addition.
Happy with the aroma from late hop additions though. Works really well!

Surprisingly happy how it turned out. Bottle over the weekend and can sample in a couple of weeks.

It was a murky yellow as I moved it from primary to secondary to crash it. As I bottled it, it had cleared out thanks to the crash and was a dark straw colour with decent clarity. Really impressed with the change.
Tasting it post crash, the bitterness has reduced which is probably due to me not tasting the residual hops left in the beer which was welcome. The drop in bitterness improved the overall profile of the beer which I was worried about initially. It's a light ABV and beer is lacking a bit of body. However, this is me drinking it pre carbonation which may help with mouthfeel. Really impressed so far. Really easy beer to make too!

No real taste of the sugar in it. Shame. Maybe should have used some to carb with actually.

Notes

Coconut blossom sugar rather than brown sugar

250g added pre boil and 250g added at flamout
