Notes

Day 0: Vitality starter 1,000 ml wort plus WLP820 for 4 hours, then pitch and ferment at 65F
Day 10: Mix and add 170
F water plus unflavored gelatine to keg. Rack clean beer into keg and set to 25 PSI
Day 11: Reduce pressure to 10 PSI, then dump a pint of yeasty beer
Day 18: Sacrifice first pint, then enjoy
