The uncarbonated, room temperature sample used to measure FG tasted like it was going to be a great beer. After cold-crashing and kegging, once again, cloying sweet aftertaste. On a positive note, I may have another possible culprit: oxidation during cold crashing. It did not taste bad in the sample, which means it either happened during cold crashing or kegging. |
