House moderately sour, fruity nose and taste. Apricots and woodiness. Tasty but a bit simple.
Roselare also mod sour. Some fruit, apricot and peach, lots of barnyard. Long finish. |

House and Roeselare both at 1.010.
Med-high acidity on both. A bit of sauternes nose on both, but more so the Roeselare, which is also maybe a tiny bit smoother than the house. Both stone-fruity, peaches and apricots. Nearly identical beers. |
