Notes

Put in keg, tasted after 2 weeks at 12 psi. Great taste, the dark carmel grains and the the slight chocolate flavor really work well with the heavy citrus flavor from the hops. turned out great. the only problem i had was mine didn't ferment out all the way. stopped at 1.020, not sure what happened, tried to bring up the ferm temp hoping it would finish out, but it didn't. still tastes great.
