Added 90g spray malt and 200ml of yeast harvest to Secondary then split brew into 20x 500ml bottles and 1/2 keg.
Bottles placed at 22oC for 48 hours before being left at ambient to condition.
1/2 keg left at 12 psi to condition |

Quick taste - early Belgian signs are positive, slight sweet and wheaty notes. Still 2 months away from early conditioning taste for real |
