heat 7 gallons of spring water (crystal geyser) to 155
add 5 gallon paint strainer bag from home depot
pour in grain. stir until there are no dry spots. Temp should drop to 150
Hold at 150 for 60 mins. stir every 10-15 minutes and check temp. remember bag will burn if you turn the burner on, so just lift it up while you heat every so often.
Don't worry too much unless it drops below 145
After 60 mins pull the bag up and spin it to squeeze as much liquid out as possible. then dispose of bag and grain.

bring to a boil. boil additions are counting down
Once boiling add the
60mins cascade hops
15 mins remaining add the chiller to sanitize it.
at 2 mins left add the citra hops.
Kill burner and turn on chiller. chill and stir until ground temp water won't cool it down anymore.
remember once the boil is over everything must be sanitized with starsan.
Once cool, transfer to bucket, put lid and airlock on and then put it in your fridge.
Pitch yeast once the beer is at 65 degrees.
