The mash temp was too high so I added cold water. That lowered below mash temp I wanted. I infused another gallon to bring boil up. This threw off my calculations. Didn't have a lot of wort to boil |

stayed at SG for a week. Fermentation kicked off fast and raised the internal temp really high. I think this beer needs awhile for conditioning |
