Notes

Caraf II and Chocolate is added during last 10 minutes of mash.

After fermentation has complete, increase temperature to 20 deg C.
Dry hop with Cascade for 5 days. Remove and then dry hop with Citra for another 5 days. Chill close to zero before kegging.
