Transferred to Secondary. Added 3.5 lbs of fresh raspberries. Heated the raspberries to 160 degrees which broke them down into a liquid. Poured liquid into hop bag and put into secondary carboy. |

This beer has gotten better with age. The sourness of the raspberry has smoothed. Just a blush of color from the raspberry not the pink it started with. Takes 8-12 weeks in bottle to age properly. Scott and Ken really like this beer. |
