Fermentation started in about 12 hours. after 24 hours it was blowing wort out of the airlock. cleaned it up as best I could but I think I lost about half a litre. Have now moved temperature from 19 to 21. Will set to 23 tonight, and 25 on Friday.

Still bubbling away. Now at 29 degrees, where I'll leave it until fermentation complete.

Airlock activity seems to have almost stopped. Some pressure but no movement in 30s. Will take another reading then cold crash if done.
