Fermentation started in about 12 hours. after 24 hours it was blowing wort out of the airlock. cleaned it up as best I could but I think I lost about half a litre. Have now moved temperature from 19 to 21. Will set to 23 tonight, and 25 on Friday. |

Still bubbling away. Now at 29 degrees, where I'll leave it until fermentation complete. |

Airlock activity seems to have almost stopped. Some pressure but no movement in 30s. Will take another reading then cold crash if done. |
