Notes

Added Dry Hops at secondary fermentation after 1 week. Should have used pellet hops instead of whole leaf.
Final Gravity was 1.016
Last 3 days of secondary fermentation temp was dropped to 48F.
Filtered with rough filter into kegs after 15 days fermentation.
Placed kegs in refrigeration on 7-15-15 without Co2. We may filter again in a few weeks.
