Ah!
Poor efficiency probably because didn't mashout. Was sparking with 165-170F water by accident instead of raising the bed to that. |

Pitched at 75 because it was such a hot day. could not get temp down. In cold room. Keezer is too full. Not ideal circumstances here, folks. |

Fermenting in cold room was too warm. rose to 77. put in water bathtub around 62 and stabilized with water at 65 and wort at 66.5 |

Carbing in keg to 2.3 as usual
in bottles, the chart says german whet go from 3.3 to 4.5. This sounds crazy high!
At 2.7 it will be high end of american style which may be best since these are for Jessica.
if .86 Vol are currently dissolved, I need 100 g sugar to bring it up to 2.7 in the 13.5 gal. |
