Notes

Sort of a chimay red clone but not really. Brewed in an attempt to see how bottle cultured chimay yeast works out...

Fermentation profile - pitch at 19C, ramp to 24C over 4 days. Allow to free drop to 19C. Cold crash for 7 days before bottling.
