Notes

This Pale Ale recipe utilizes Falconer's Flight and Cascade hops. It is modified for a stovetop that can only boil 4.5 gallons of wort, assuming a 2 gallon top off after the boil.

The hop's are increased 20% to compensate for the non-full boil volume and to optimize purchasing and using complete 1 oz packages of the pellet hops.

The optional German Acidulated malt helps lower the mash PH for a high PH water profile. This can be left out in most cases.
