5 gallons went into the fermenter. I had to add 1.2 gallon 15 minutes before end of boil because wort in kettle was already down to 5 gallons. I will need to adjust amount of water in mash for this recipe. I would like 5.5 gallons in the fermenter. I also need to figure out how much beer is lost in fermentation due to equipment. |

Kegged at 2.5 volumes @ 36˚ by putting 11 psi in. |
