Actuals:

  • 5.25 gal into fermenter + .25 gal starter.
  • Fermented at 67F. Finished fermentation in 3 days! Waited another 3 days, then kegged.
  • Yeast had high flocc, still had some sticky kruasen after 6 days. Scooped out with sanitized spoon.
  • Net yield: 5.25 gal
