Rehydrate EC-1118 in 1/2 cup 105F water
Heat 35oz. water with 35oz. honey to 110F dissolve honey.
Add honey water, 64oz. apple juice, and 1/4tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice to primary.
Check temp. and pitch yeast.
