Sample tastes good. 2 minutes of O2 and shook vigorously. Added 17g hydrated Nottingham yeast @ 74*F. Started Ale profile (Pr0) at 1330. |

Excellent! Nice, rich malty overtones with a slight hop bitter finish. Mouthfeel is about perfect, not too thin, not too thick. |
