Notes

Boil for 75 Minutes. (No Lid)

Whirlpool and allow to settle for 15 min.

Chill to 64 Degrees.

Collect Wort.

Aerate for 45 seconds using O2.

Ferment for 7 Days. Final Gravity should read about 1.013.

Dry Hop for 7 More Days.

Crash Cool for a few Days and then Rack into Kegs.
