WARNING: Kettle losses > 2% detected which throw off OG calculation for extract/partial mash recipes in batch target 'fermentor' mode. Solution: Reduce kettle losses, misc losses and hops absorption in equipment profile, OR set batch target to 'kettle' and do a full wort boil. See batch target FAQ.

Notes

Use pure unsweetened cranberry juice (such as Knudsen or Lakewood), not the stuff you drink for breakfast. Add at flameout to retain the flavor.

I racked to the secondary after 10 days, then waited a week before bottling.

Looks and tastes true to the style, except it has just a hint of cranberry. Opened at a Christmas gathering and it was far more popular than any of the commercial beers offered!
