Bring 1g water to boil.
Remove from heat
Add Malt and Malto dextrin, stir until dissolved.
Add inverted sugar, stir well.
Return to heat, and boil for 30 minutes.
Add 2 tsp yeast nutrient with 15 minutes to go.
Cool wort in ice bath, top with 2.8 g chilled water.
Pitch yeast when temp is approx 75 degrees.
Put into fermenter, add airlock and let ferment about 10 days or until FG is approx 1.020 |
