Recipe from BYO December 2015.

Pitch at 66 and let rise over next 24 hours to 68. Increase the temp to around 72 as the ferment slows in order to dry the beer out as much as possible.

Starter of at least 1.7 liter. Possibly a 2 step starter. Needs 417 B cells.
