Não tinha o Hallertauer disponível, então pesquisando por substitutos, achei que o HVG tradition é uma possiblidade.

Ao fazer a lavagem dos grãos, me destraí um pouco e acabei coletando água sem açucar demais. Para compensar colocamos 300g de açucar cristal e chegar na OG de 1.054

O mel foi adicionado no flame out. Açucar adicionado enquanto era resfriado (depois de ter diluido em água e fervido)
