Notes

Steep crushed grains in 1.75 quarts of water at 156° for 45 minutes. Add water to make 2 gallons of wort, add LME and bring to a boil. Boil for 45 minutes, adding hops at indicated times. Cool wort, transfer to fermenter and top up to 2.5 gallons. Aerate wort and pitch yeast. Ferment at 68°.
