Notes

Add gypsum to taste. Mash 50mins at 150. Collect first runnings until wort runs clear. Collect 7 gallons and boil for 60mins. Add yeast nutrient at 10mins. Chill to 70 and pitch American Ale Yeast. Ferment at 66 and turn off temp control as fermenting slows.
