Was 1070 at 20 liters. Had to increase the volume to 24.5 liters to get it to 1056!
Did the mini sparge/rinse again, 55 degree water straight from tap. 1022 at steep, 1009 rinse water.
Not going to rack to secondary, needs bottling mid-april. Going to try to re-use the yeast. |

Going to bottle today, calculator shows 139g sugar for 24 liters to get to 2.4 volumes of co2. Now this seems really high, just going to record my reluctance on paper before i do it...
On second thoughts i might only put 120g in... |
