Notes

Used two packs of Safale American Ale Yeast US-05, pre-hydrated at 75F (boiled distilled water for 10 min with pinch of yeast nutrient, cooled to 75F).
Updated recipe with efficiency actuals. ABV is about 8.0%, had conversion of 88.8%, very high, stayed on the low end of 150sF per recent IPA recommendations in literature.
