Notes

Divided Wort into two 2.5 gal carboys.
Deep Amber-brown color, much more bitterness than the IBUs suggest. Need to reduce the 60min hop addition.
Minimal hop aroma, needs dry hopping.
Still a very tasty, bitter ale.
