Used two ice blocks. Did not take a pre-boil gravity reading. Long handled strainer + mash paddle made lowering the ice blocks in much easier this time. |

Undercarbonated despite having 3 weeks at room temperature to prime. Either there's a non-CO2 producing pathway that consumed a good fraction of the priming sugar, or I was just too conservative on priming. By taste I'd call it a lambic, not a Berliner Weisse. |
