Notes

Dusseldorf alt is an old German style fermented at 60-65F;conditioned at 50-60F. Compared to N. Europe alt it's slightly more bitter with similar sweet malt character. Bittersweet, nutty, dry finish reflects assertive hop and complex malt.
Best found at Alstadt (old town)in Dussel.

Turbinado in boil was a vanilla specialty sugar from Whole Foods.
