Notes

Clone Brew's Negra Modelo recipe.

Crystal 75 (instead of 60) because I had it on hand.

3oz American Choc (instead of 2.5 UK) because I had it on hand.

Lublin single malt style (instead of Hallerau and Tettnanger)

Added 1oz Black Roasted Barley (for color) because I had it on hand.

Pilsner WLP800 instead of Bohemian Wy2124 -- because I have it. Perhaps a mistake :)

FIX the mash gallons based on the cold-brew dark grains technique!!!
