Yeast warmed up for 15 minutes in water prior to pitching. Brewing went as planned. Wort from boiling to 68 F in ~15 minutes using immersion chiller. Pitched yeast at 68 F. |

Pretty good! Still a bit of an aftertaste but definitely drinkable. Another week or two should do wonders! |

Still a Lil bit of a funky aftertaste, not quite as good as the american IPA was despite the extra week conditioning. Much cleaner and almost drinkable though! |

Really good! Everything tastes how it should. Little to no head though. |
