Heat 3 gallons of water to 170
Add grains, mash at 155-160 for 1 hour
Heat additional 1 gallon of water to 180
Collect 3.25 gallons of wort & Add acid blend to Add 1 tsp Acid blend to bring PH down to ~4.5
Add handful of grain, purge with CO2, and wait 48 hours.
