Notes

An IPA with primarily Galaxy hops (citrus, peach, passion fruit), backed up by some El Dorado (tropical fruit, pear, watermelon, citrus). Simple light LME base, with 4% vienna malt steeped to add a touch more malt flavour to offset the hops. No crystal or caramel malt, to allow the hops to shine through. Almost all hopes added 10 minutes, whirplool or dry hopped.
