Notes

I have some honey from Nick Brading that he has collected himself from his own beehives!
I shall let this ferment out for a few days and then add the honey in a secondary, warming the honey before siphoning the partially fermented beer on top of it.
Highish bitterness in case the honey leaves any sweetness.
Clean yeast.
