Notes

This is one of those real fuck up beers that turn out perfect. I had a mix of crushed grain for a helles and had to divide them up to make my lager. That left me with some leftover crushed and mixed carapils, munich and melodoiden. So I got some 2 row, 40L and made an IPA!
