Notes

This was first brewed on 8/26/89.

Maple syrup used was "MacDonald's"

My tasting notes state:
"15 Sep - Got Drunk, broke down, and tried a bottle. (should have been opened 18 Sep, 2 weeks after bottling) It tastes great! Rick said it was the best beer he ever tasted, though he slurred his speech as he said it. Beer was carbonated, smelled a bit yeasty, and had a good head. Beer was murky, but had a good color. I think storing it in my (wardrobe) locker is not a good idea (I was in the USAF at the time), the vibrations from opening & closing aren't letting the sediment settle properly. Oh well."
