Knudson "Just Tart" Cherry Juice (original) or Trader Joe's

Goal is to have 2 gal in secondary to which 0.5 gal cherry juice is added. Hence 2.125 target into fermenter. 75 minute boil provides enough wiggle room to adjust in order to get that target.
