Notes

140 ml slurry from non-kolsch

chill to 72, pitch yeast, set fridge to 18.3

second half of dry hopping (done in keg) turned the beer SUPER cloudy, and remained super cloudy after a week+ in the keg. Hoping gelatin will clear it.
